Welcome to Palm Point - an elevated Mississippi Coast vacation experience. We have thoughtfully designed every aspect of the property to make you not want to leave. A few rules/tips to make sure your stay goes smoothly:

  • We love our neighbors – many of whom are full time residents. Please respect their peace and keep noise down after 10 PM.

  • Absolutely no parties or events unless otherwise approved by ownersihp. This includes having excessive guests over who are not staying in the home as well as having overnight guests not included in your booking.

  • Absolutely no smoking inside, on the porches or under any covered area of the home.

  • Unfortunately, this is no a pet friendly property. Any evidence of pets (on our exterior security cameras or leftover hair/damage inside our homes) will result in a $500 fine.

  • Please only use beach towels by the pool and bath towels inside. Helps us keep our nice linens last longer!

  • We’re happy to provide glassware for inside drinks. We also provide plastic drink-ware for use by the pool. PLEASE - no glass by the pool!

    • Check out time is 10:00 AM.

    • Please do your best to wash and put away all used cookware. Leave any leftover items running in dishwasher.

    • Please clear out all food and un-opened drinks from the fridge.

    • Leave slept-in beds, MESSY!

    • Make sure trash has been taken outside.

    • Please leave all dirty towels/linens in hampers.

  • For the quickest/most thorough answers, please reach out to us on the messaging app through the platform (AirBNB/VRBO) on which you booked.
